\*\*Job Overview:
\*\* We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
\*\*Duties:
\*\* - Monitor and assess patients' conditions in the ICU - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Operate and monitor medical equipment - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans - Provide emotional support to patients and their families - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation \*\*Skills:\*\* - Strong physiology knowledge to assess and understand patients' conditions - Proficiency in IV insertion and medication administration - Experience with tube feeding and other critical care procedures - Familiarity with hospital standards and protocols for patient care - Ability to work with various medical systems for patient monitoring and charting - Knowledge of case management principles for coordinating patient care - Previous experience in sonography is a plus - Background in home care or toddler care is advantageous Joining our ICU team offers the opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, providing critical care to those who need it most.
