- Ratio 4:1 for main portion, but high Acuity is 3:1
- Communicate directly with patients and family
- Give care under stressful circumstances
- Functioning in the heat of emergency
- Care for patients with differing needs, stages of health and risks
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent ED experience
- Tele experience - highly preferred
- TNCC - preferred
- Michigan RN license - active
- ACLS
- BLS
