RN Emergency Room (ER) - 3 month contract - Providence, RI

The Emergency Room is a 20 bed unit with a 3:1 Ratio on a normal day to day census. On busier days, it may increase to 5:1.​​
Location: Providence, RI

Start: April 15th
Duration: 3-month contract
Shift: 7pm-7:30am, Monday to Friday (3 Days per week / 12-hour shifts)
Total of 36 hours per week.

Pay: $88.45 p/h
The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $88.45/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $75.20/hr, along with a per diem of $13.25/hr.

Roles & Responsibilities

• ​Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Certifications & Clearance Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• 2 Professional references
• RN License
