Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens for testing.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, conditions, and self-care techniques.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history.
- Assist with pain management techniques and provide emotional support to patients.
- Provide primary care services to patients in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, or medical offices.
- Provide specialized care in areas such as ICU, hospice palliative medicine, or infant care.
- Assist with medical imaging procedures and interpret results.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state/region].
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and patient care protocols.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely when necessary.
