Registered Nurse Emergency Department

John Alex Consultants is assisting a Local academic hospital just outside of Charlotte, NC. The hospital has an immediate need for RNs with the experience in ER. The hospital is a 225-bed acute care facility with academic affiliation. The Emergency Department currently see approximately 40,000 patient visits per year with 27 beds and a fast track. 

The opportunity is offering mid shift (10am - 10pm) and nights, (7pm - 7am), shift differentials, state employee benefits and a 20K SIGN ON BONUS!

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical and psychosocial dimensions, within specified timeframes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assist with emergency procedures as necessary

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an emergency room setting preferred
- Proficient in IV insertion, patient assessment, and emergency medical procedures
