Registered Nurse - Emergency Room NIGHTS
RN-ER PM
Full-Time
Registered Nurse candidates for the Emergency Room for the Night position will have the following minimum job responsibilities:
- Under the general supervision of the Clinical Operations Manager of Emergency Services and the Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse, is responsible for professional nursing care and related assistance to patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
- The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department supports the medical care of all patients presenting to the Emergency Department under the direction of the Medical Staff pursuant to the mission and objectives of the Hospital.
- It will include individualized, family centered, holistic, supportive, and safe care.
- Utilized therapeutic communication in daily practice.
- Treat all patients and families with dignity, respect, and appreciations of their lifestyles, language, religion, and culture.
- Provide supervision of new employees, nurse technicians, student nurses' or nurse interns.
- Support and promote an environment that is conducive to quality Customer Service.
- Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-
Registered Nurse - Emergency Room NIGHTS
RN-ER PM
Full-Time
Registered Nurse candidates for the Emergency Room for the Night position must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Candidates must have successfully completed an accredited RN program.
- Must have a valid RN license in the State of California.
- Candidates must have BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from an American Heart Association approved courses.
- Must have NIHSS Stroke Certification.
- CEN certification preferred.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year expereince working in an Emergency Room.
