The Clinical Education Specialist (Maternal/child educator with key role in assisting to maintain competency and knowledge in high-risk OB area) assists with identifying strategies, using evidence-based research, for providing and improving professional development activities and patient and family education. Leads interdisciplinary teams for patient education/strategic planning and education assessment. Serves as the continuing Education Coordinator. Leads interdisciplinary collaboration to set direction for educational planning based on healthcare standards, regulatory agency requirements, new programs/services, and evolving projects/initiatives.
Requirements:
Education : MSN required.
Licensure: RN Indiana license.
Experience: 2+ years relevant experience.
