Join MBHCL as we expand our nursing team, seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for various shifts to offer transformative care to individuals undergoing treatment for behavioral and mental health concerns. In this role, the RN will work under the guidance of the Director of Nursing and the Chief Executive Officer to:
- Coordinate and document patient care activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and hospital policies
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Maintain effective communication with different shifts and departments for seamless care delivery
- Contribute to staff education and skill development programs
What We Look For:
Educational Background: Graduation from an accredited Nursing school
Certifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas is required
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric, mental health, or addiction recovery settings. Experience in areas like medical/surgical, emergency, intensive care, and long-term acute care is also valued.
