Job Summary
This position supports the Linn County clinics of the Community Health Centers of Benton and Linn Counties. This position will work at both the East Linn Health Center, located in Lebanon, and the Sweet Home Health Center. These are full-spectrum Primary Care Clinics focused on team-based patient care for community members of all ages and stages of life.

Please Note:
This position may be filled at the Health Care Professional 2 first, and then a Health Care Professional 3 level depending on experience, education, and specialized certifications.
- The salary range for the Health Care Professional 2 is$61,225 - 88,547 with a requirement of a Registered Nurse with 3 years of nursing experience.
- The salary range for the Health Care Professional 3 $64,289.00 - $92,978.00 with a requirement of a bachelor's in nursing with 1-3 years of nursing experience or a Registered Nurse with 4 years of nursing experience.

- This position guarantees two salary raises within your first year as long as your performance is in good standing For most employees who take advantage of health benefits the salary only makes up 60% of their total compensation. The County invests in you and your family!

Minimum Qualifications
The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
Health Care Professional 2 level:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing(RN) AND 3 years of nursing experience
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) AND 1 year of nursing experience
- Equivalency will be considered: RN and 4 years of nursing experience.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Valid Oregon Driver's License.
- Triage experience with adult and pediatrics.
- Experience working with a care team and scheduling staff.
- Experience in electronic medical records.
