SalaryAllHealth Staffing Group is currently seeking Registered Nurses (both contract and PRN) to provide care to acutely and critically ill patients, in a highly technical and ongoing monitoring environment.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the assessing, planning, delivery and evaluating each level of nursing care provided to patients throughout their stay. You will also actively plan for the management of patient outcomes across the continuum of care. This will require that you work in close cooperation with specialists in a variety of disciplines.
Your specific duties as a Registered Nurse position will include (but not limited to):
Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
Providing care for patients and management of their conditions, particularly with regard to vital signs and lab work
Collaborating with Physicians and various disciplines within the hospital in order to manage patient care, interacting and communicating with patient family members
Applicants must be highly detail-oriented and goal-oriented with superior analytic, critical-thinking and time-management skills, with the ability to accurately assess patient conditions and to react quickly in emergency situations. You must also have a positive and empathetic personality with the ability to work effectively with others as part of a multidisciplinary team in a high-stress environment. It is also vital that you have excellent communication skills and that you consistently display a professional attitude.

Requirements:
CCU &/or ICU experience preferred
Hospital experience necessary
ACLS certification is required
Current RN license
Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)
