MUST:
4+ years of experience in the nursing arena
Prior experience in Triage, Telehealth, Telephonic or related experience
Strong telephonic experience
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong data entry skills and database skills
Ability to de-escalate issues
Strong customer service skills
Ability to travel a couple times a year
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's in Nursing
DUTIES:
Will serve as resource for credentialing issues
Will review application information, and documents to go over candidate's eligibility for certification
Answer phones in a call center of clinical staff calling in for renewals of licensure
Communicates with applicants and faculty to clarify items submitted for certification and recertification when requirements are not met
Responsible for answering telephone calls received via the Nurse Registrar queue, as scheduled by Manager, Certification Registration.

Will travel occasionally for conferences/trade shows
