As the Registered Nurse, you will partner with our Director of Patient Care Services and Interdisciplinary Teams to further that mission. These passionate teams will depend on you to care for and support our patients during their hospice journey.

On an average day you will:
- Spend quality one-on-one time with patients and their families to support everyday needs
- Care for patients by providing initial and ongoing assessments of patient and family needs
- Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Provide health care instructions to the patient as appropriate
- Record symptom management changes and outcomes
- Complete, maintain, and submit accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient's condition and care given
- And additional duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Must have at least one (1) year of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting
Must have at least one (1) year of recent experience in home care environment; hospice experience preferred
Must have current licensure in the state
