Requirements: As an RN Registered Nurse, you must have excellent critical thinking, interpersonal relationship building, and technical skills. You must be a problem solver who is able to make safe judgments in a variety of situations. You must be courteous, professional, and have strong conflict resolution skills.
Other requirements of the RN role include:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Previous Pre-Op or PACU experience preferred
• Training on all critical care competencies for specialty
• Experience fully utilizing EPIC
• Ability to embrace change and engage in ongoing process improvement
• Ability to multi-task on an ongoing basis
• Ability to work as an effective team member to provide exceptional care
