Registered Nurse
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities or changes in patient condition
- Provide patient education on various health topics, including family planning and pain management
- Assist with procedures and surgeries in ambulatory surgery centers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct ostomy care and provide wound management as needed
- Perform laboratory tests and analyze results
- Provide specialized care in areas such as ophthalmology, pediatrics, and family planning
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, or ambulatory surgery centers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
