The positions available cover various units and offer rotating shifts, allowing for a well-rounded and engaging nursing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide exceptional, compassionate, and patient-centered care to individuals across a diverse range of medical and surgical units.
Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes in patients' conditions promptly.
Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and guidelines.
Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and recovery.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
Adherence to Policies: Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
Critical Thinking: Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to the unique needs of each patient and unit.
Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and the overall healthcare experience.
Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in PA.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (as required for the specific units).
- Minimum 1 years of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to various units.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
Shift Schedule:
This position offers rotating shifts, including both days and nights, allowing for a dynamic work schedule. The specific shift assignments will be discussed during the interview process.

There are openings available across various units within our healthcare facility, including but not limited to:

Salary: $73,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
