- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans
- Assist in the coordination of patient care by scheduling appointments and arranging for necessary medical tests or procedures
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and medications, making adjustments as necessary

```Skills```
- Proficient in ostomy care techniques
- Experience with cardiac catheterization procedures
- Familiarity with ambulatory surgery center operations
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of Epic electronic health record system
- Experience in memory care settings
- Skilled in aseptic technique for sterile procedures
- Previous work in nursing home or long-term care facilities
- Competent in conducting physical examinations
- Familiarity with inhalation therapy techniques
