Devereux Children’s Behavioral Health Center (DCBHC), located in Malvern, PA is seeking a Full Time 2nd ShiftRegistered Nurse. DCBHC provides programs and services for children and adolescents who are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis within a safe and compassionate inpatient environment. Our Registered Nurses perform direct nursing care, administer medication, take doctor's orders, provide education and coping skills to patients around sex education, suicidal behaviors, symptom management, self control, etc. RN is also responsible for creation of initial care plan and discharge planning.
You will be offered:
- Pay: $75000- $85500 / year (Based on experience)
- $2,000 Sign On Bonus (Sign on bonus for external applicants only)
- Schedule: 3:00pm-1:00am with Every-other weekend

EXPERIENCE: One year of post-education nursing experience preferred. Candidates should have experience with individuals with cognitive and/or behavioral challenges or medically complex conditions. Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.
