What we definitely need in YOU:

• CA RDA license or Orthodontic Assisting Permit (OAP)
• Energetic, positive, caring and compassionate person who can connect well with people of all ages
• Ability to work independently and be a team player who is responsible, reliable, and self-motivated
• Minimum 2 years of Dental Assistant experience
• Valid/current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
• Valid/current CA X-Ray License
• Valid/current CA Drivers License and have reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills (We provide training for our programs)
• Attention to details, hard-working and enthusiastic about learning
• Excellent verbal and written skills

What will make you STAND OUT even more:

• 2+ years of Orthodontic Assistant experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator
• Experience with financial fee presentation
• Experience in Marketing or Sales
• Orthodontic Assistant Permit (OAP) preferred but not required

What our schedule is like:

• Full Time, 4 to 5 days per week, including 1 to 2 Saturdays per month
• Must be flexible as some days start early and some stays stay late
