This position allows you to work with kiddos while implementing life changing and rewarding work. As an Advanced Autism Behavior Therapist, you will help children learn and reach their goals!
Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician:
- Work 1:1 with patients in the home and community settings
- Consistently implement treatment plans (under BCBAs direction) and prepare program materials
- Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software (Central Reach) in a timely fashion
- Review and implement consultation/supervision, note recommendations
- Maintain warm relationship with families and clients
- Participate in on-going training, evaluations and meetings, as required
- Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed
- Communicate effectively with the BCBA regarding learners progress
- Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies
Qualifications of a Registered Behavior Technician:
- Have an active RBT certification or experience as a BHT or eager to get into the feild of ABA Therapy
- Have an active Fingerprint Clearance Card or willing to obtain one
- Have an active Article 9 certification, or willing to obtain one
- Willing to obtain the RBT certificate through our training program
- High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework is preferred)
- Desire to work with children, experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred
- Commitment to maintain the certification as an RBT
- Availability to work at least 15 hours weekly, including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required to accommodate patient needs
- Must have reliable transportation for sessions at patients' homes and schools, and possess a clean driving record and proof of automobile insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
