We’re building a united community that brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide comprehensive care. You’ll break down barriers for children with developmental delays and disabilities. You’ll be supported by an on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) at one of our centers. Together, you will take a hands-on approach to enhance social, communication, and adaptive living skills to enrich the lives of our patients.

Are you looking to get your certification, minimum 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, or are you already an RBT®?
Can you successfully pass a background check and reference checks (anyone who can speak to your awesomeness)?

Do you have any experience with kiddos with autism spectrum disorder or other neurological, developmentally delayed or medically fragile diagnoses?
Can you match the high energy required for this position - whether it's running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds?
Are you able to commit for the next 6 months of continuous employment with no change in availability?

When it comes to compensation, you'll be in the range of $20-22 per hour, which translates to approximately $3,250 - $3,667 monthly or $39,000 - $44,000 annually if you're working full-time at 40 hours a week. Actual pay rates vary based on many objective factors including skills, certification, years of experience, and specific work location.
