o Provide high-quality therapy based on Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
o Collect skill acquisition and behavior reduction data.
o Review client treatment plans.
o Record RBT hours to maintain RBT certification.
o Follow BCBA ethical codes.
o Implement behavior intervention plans and program treatment goals.
o Apply feedback and training on ABA skills given by BCBA and/or clinical team.
o Collaborate with the BCBA and the clinical management team.
o Maintain client confidentiality.
o Provide behavior support inside and outside of home, when applicable.
