Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

We are offering a 100 sign-on bonus that you will receive with your first paycheck.

You will be required to travel to the homes of clients and provide one on one therapy, following the ABA program set up by the Board-certified behavioral analyst (“BCBA”).

· You must have a vehicle to commute from each location and be prompt to every appointment

· All data from each session should be collected and entered electronically daily (we provide training on our electronic systems)

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

· Experience: 6 months as an ABA Therapist or (Required)

· Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or a national equivalent.

· Great writing and verbal communication

· Willing to have a background check
