We're seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Broward County, Florida. As an RBT with us, you'll play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to our clients. This W-2 position offers stability and growth opportunities, all while making a positive impact in your community.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:00 PM -4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by our BCBA professionals.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Foster a supportive and engaging environment for clients.

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
