Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who has a passion for helping children, as well as, their families and will show a true investment in supporting the childhood population.
Responsibilities:
- Promotes safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors for communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills development.
- Enhances the frequency and duration of appropriate behaviors through access to supports and reinforcements.
- Implements behavioral and educational plans collaboratively, supports the learning environment, and provides crisis intervention as needed, while collecting and analyzing behavioral data.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to be flexible and to work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated capacity for empathy and creative problem solving.
