Delta Behavioral Group is a nationally accredited Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) that is committed to providing premier in-home clinical services through Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Specialized Consultative Services (SCS). We provide services for autism and other related disabilities to clients of all ages. We promote clinical excellence for our staff and respect all families we are privileged to serve. Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT)
Qualifications:
- Desire and passion to serve the special needs community using behavioral and analytic principles
- Hunger to learn scientifically validated and demonstrated principles
- Registered Behavioral Technician certificate is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, preferably in the related field of human services, psychology or education
- Must consent to a state and federal background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans provided by the BCBA
- Collect, record and maintain clinical data for all clients in CentralReach practice management system
- Transparency and open communication between the supervisor and families
- Provide consistent and reliable direct care treatment (one-on-one) to clients
- Under close supervision of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), model and train families on behavioral analytic strategies that improve quality of life
- Target maladaptive behaviors, functional living skills, social skills, verbal behavior and potentially severe behavioral issues.
