Hidden Gems ABA is a growing ABA therapy company. We are looking for a full-time RBT with strong skills, experience, and passion for helping children with autism spectrum disorder using ABA principles to provide services in a Daycare Setting.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Hidden Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in a Daycare Setting. The RBT will work as part of a team to support the needs of children with autism to learn, communicate, and cope.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 behavior therapy to children with autism in a daycare (or other) setting(s)
- Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior using electronic data collection (CentralReach)
- Follow prescribed interventions as outlined by supervising staff
- Effectively communicate with parents and other stakeholders regarding case dynamics
- Maintain client confidentiality and high level of professionalism in all settings
- Maintain records, materials, and instructional tools across settings in an organized fashion
- Adhere to designated schedule with appropriate punctuality
- Attend team meetings and trainings when necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with autism or other developmentally delaying disorders
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) credential required (we offer free RBT certification training, if needed)
Preferred qualifications:
- BA/BS in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, SLP, Communications, or similar fields
- Active RBT certification is a plus
- Comfortable using electronic data collection and note writing technology (CentralReach)

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (weekend availability is an option)
Compensation:
- $20 - $25 per hour (commensurate with experience)
