Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients based on their specific needs
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with intelectual disabilities is preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior support strategies effectively
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
