Job Description
Golden Touch ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral disorders, or other special needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress towards goals
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment and progress

Requirements:- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field a plus
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders is preferred
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients homes or other clinic locations, based on client caseload
