Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on a W2 contracted basis in Connecticut (CT). As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA
• Collect data on client progress and behaviors
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in treatment plans
• Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid RBT certification
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities preferred
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass background check and clearances
