The Regional Vice President will have oversight of Administrators at multiple locations which include the full continuum of homecare comprising of Medicare Certified/Skilled Home Health, Private Duty, Staffing, Pediatrics, etc.

Duties Include:
As a Regional Vice President, you will:
- Oversight of Administrators at multiple locations in Ohio in all operational areas consisting of homecare processes and procedures; personnel management, growth of their locations, quality outcomes and achieving financial goals.
- Analyze market conditions, business volume and mix, competition and operational costs
- Oversee and manage Administrators to promote growth and success in each Administrators location
- Responsible for creating and maintaining strategic relationships for the success of their locations across the region.
- Participate in Corporate Risk Management Committee meetings to discuss and determine solutions for mitigating company’s risk.
To qualify for a Regional Vice President with us:
- Bachelor Degree. A clinical leader, such as an RN, PA or PT that can manage from a clinical perspective is preferred, not required.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an executive leader in homecare preferred.
- Have multi-site operational experience with the Home Health industry.
- Have current or recent experience managing no less than $25MM in healthcare revenue.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Must be a high achiever, with a proven track record.
- Possess outstanding leadership and managerial skills
- Able to effectively communicate in English with all levels of the workforce, both clinical and non-clinical.
- Able to multi-task and demonstrate effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate understanding of applicable federal and state rules and regulations.
- Able to provide proof of valid driver's license, if applicable.
- Able to provide proof of valid auto liability insurance if assignment(s) include driving own vehicle to transport.
