Key Qualification Skills Required
- Demonstrate experience successfully leading others through organizational change, setting visions and strategic goals, leading teams, aligning people and resources, and executing plans.
- Strong working knowledge of budget management, accounting, and financial analysis.
- Experience managing multi-site operations or managing a region/s.
- Building relationship with potential client and maintaining client relationship for the region
- Established ability to train, lead, and teach a diverse team of managers with a variety of skill sets.
- Sense of urgency, problem solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution capabilities
- Analyze cost, activities, operations, and forecast data to determine operational progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Oversee success of all newly acquired locations though out the region.
- Provide operating expertise and guidance to the operations team on matters regarding staffing, operations, finance, and reporting, service quality and customer care.
- Experience with building a sales pipeline.
- Ensure that the region is compliant with all client contracts.
- Upholds company standards to ensure physical appearance and operational excellence is being maintained.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the leadership team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful environment and possess the flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.
Education & Technical Training Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing
Certification & License Requirements
Valid Driver License
CPP or CAPP Certification preferred
Required Computer Skills
Knowledgeable on all Microsoft suit
Experience with parking revenue control equipment
Required Working Experience
5 to 10 YEARS OF PARKING MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WITH MULTI-SITE RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1-5 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
