Regional Service and Maintenance Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to lead our Service and Maintenance teams across multiple locations in Houston. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively oversee service operations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage Service and Maintenance operations for multiple locations in Houston.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

· Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure seamless coordination of service activities.

· Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve departmental goals.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

· Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive customer relationships.

· Continuously assess and improve service procedures to drive operational excellence and maximize profitability.

· Required Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in running field/service operations for multiple locations.

· Proven track record of strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities.

· Pool experience is preferred, but candidates with strong field management experience in other service industries will be considered.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
