Job Description
As a Regional Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales in a specified region to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our OTC (Beauty Supply Store) market presence.
We are currently seeking candidates w/ relevant experience in the following regions: California (CA), Houston, (TX), Georgia (GA), Florida (FL), Maryland (MD), North Carolina (NC), Chicago (IL)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
- Set clear sales goals and targets for the sales team.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field
- Bilingual in Korean (fluent)
