Job Summary
Expand the Blue-White Industries (BWI) product reach while ensuring profitable growth by concentrating on sales growth, development of new revenue streams utilizing a Multi–Channel strategy and product expertise. Responsible for awareness of “what is” and “what we want” to support intentions of minimum 15% sales growth year over year.
Essential Job Functions
Ø Model the BWI Cultural Core Values daily. (Teamwork, Reliable, Innovative, Passionate, Helpful, Integrity, and Respectful).
Ø Collaborate with Sales Director to create and execute a defined Strategic Plan to grow the business 15% annually. Include in the strategy such items as key markets, growth trends, customer drivers, product paretos, competitive analysis, economic conditions, technologies trends, that may affect the strategy.
Ø Identify areas of growth that develop new business and achieve Marketing Bridge goals. That includes Market Share Growth, New Applications, New Markets, New Projects, and New Products
Ø Use customer and industry research, develop, and regularly update coverage maps for all channels to identify customer targets that will optimize sales channel coverage based on overall opportunity.
Ø Research and vet identified targets by channel in accordance with BWI values and channel strategy for the region.
Ø Provide a sustainable flow of new customer opportunities that support targeted coverage development areas by channel.
Ø Responsible for studying and defining the optimum channel/market representation model that will maximize revenue and market share in each targeted market segment.
Ø Develop and drive the Go-To-Market strategy for the assigned market(s) and implement and follow the strategy to achieve projected gains.
Ø Responsible for direct interface with assigned strategic accounts and OEMs with the goal of increasing account penetration, sales and profitability.
Experience/Training/Education
Ø 5-10 years’ experience preferred with keen knowledge of “go-to-market” strategies for Fluid Handling Products.
Ø Understanding of the utilization of multi-Channel distribution for technical products as well as techniques for evaluating channel partners (e.g. added-value assessment).
Ø Demonstrated, persuasive, and creative problem-solving skills
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills
Ø Bias for action
Ø Proven track record of delivering on results and expectations

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ø Experience in municipal and/or industrial market, specific chemical feed, instrumentation, and/or fluid handling
Ø Excellent attention to detail

Ø Positive and enthusiastic
Ø Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering preferred but not required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
