Purpose of Role
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving growth in revenue in net-new partners (clients) in all aspects of the business. The primary responsibility of the “New Partnership Executive” is to drive growth in revenue in net-new partners (clients) in the defined territory.
Core Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the company quality policy and promote customer service by supporting our clients
- Generate & follow-up on new leads; manage, qualify and contract for net new revenue with new Partners.
- Coordinate the transition of new Partner to Partner Advocate program for implementation and ongoing Partner management.
- Support all team members in maintenance, increased and ongoing revenue for current services.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and training to team members as needed.
- Utilization of standardized and current contracts, marketing materials, pricing, presentation and other company assets.
- Create and maintain proper records in company CRM to include account
- information, contacts, opportunities, contacts and invoicing.
- Provide coaching and support and assist developing strategies with PEMs to
- increase revenue in assigned territory.
- Must be willing to travel as travel maybe up to 60-75% at times, domestic or international.
- Adhering to all company Policy and Procedures.
- Adhere to the company quality policy and promote customer service by supporting our clients.

Professional Experience, Essential Skills, and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5 years progressive sales experience in healthcare solutions preferred.
- Minimum 3 years management experience preferred.
- Consistently surpasses quota in selling healthcare solutions with routine transaction values of > $100,000, Versus low $, commodity sales
- Strategic sales experience in complex buying environments.
- Familiarity with CRM solutions (Salesforce).
- Familiarity and Comfortability with technological advancements.
- High Level proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite applications.
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently from home-based or remote offices.
- Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving/critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and concepts.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task.
