The Regional Sales Director Central- Southeast, is responsible for driving revenue and growth throughout the marketplace and key cities within the region. They lead and develop a team consisting of Account Executives (AEs) and Account Coordinators (ACs). The Regional Sales Director is responsible for strategic oversight and analysis of market with implementation of corporate strategies while maintaining brand integrity. Reporting to the National Sales Director.
WHAT YOU DO:
- Responsible for achieving retail sales plan for region.
- Communicate and Implement corporate directives and initiatives to field team with high prioritization to meet deadlines
- Maintain ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring of AE team by implementing a side by side approach to selling and support
- Manages operational responsibilities to include, but not limited to: stock flow, visual merchandising updates, T&E and freelance budgets.
- Execute regular business review meetings with key district/regional managers to leverage brand opportunities, partnerships and space and location.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in each market and formulate action plans with specific goals and timetables to address opportunities
- Collaborate with Events and Education teams to rollout seasonal launches and events.
- Travel to work side by side, in store, with AEs within their region
- Work on Saturdays during key retailer events
- Maintain a standard for excellence and efficiency in all of the above.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum seven years of cosmetics retail experience with strong artistry and selling skills.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience.
- Demonstrate ability to coach, motivate, and inspire.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of internal and external partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self starter with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced business environment where flexibility is a key characteristic.
- A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a safe, reliable vehicle are required.
- Travel as needed to work in field to support AEs and key events.
The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
