The HubOps is a dynamic and innovative IT company committed to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our sales team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record of generating leads and driving revenue. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation through various platforms
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and prospects.
  • Utilize various channels such as social media, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events to generate new business opportunities..
  • Prospecting: Qualify leads through effective communication and needs analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage lead progression.
  • Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients to present our products/services and understand their needs.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations or presentations as necessary.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze and refine sales strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Managing and building up a team dedicated towards the goal of meeting monthly quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
