Position Overview:
We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record of generating leads and driving revenue. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation through various platforms
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and prospects.
- Utilize various channels such as social media, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events to generate new business opportunities..
- Prospecting: Qualify leads through effective communication and needs analysis.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage lead progression.
- Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients to present our products/services and understand their needs.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations or presentations as necessary.
- Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for further engagement.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze and refine sales strategies based on performance metrics.
- Managing and building up a team dedicated towards the goal of meeting monthly quotas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
