We are currently looking for a Community Director for our community in St Petersburg, FL. TGM acquires and manages apartment properties throughout the U.S. on behalf of our investors.
Reporting to the Regional Office, the Community Director will oversee all aspects of a local community. Effectively working as the CEO of the community, the Community Director’s primary objective is to increase NOI and build value by implementing successful leasing initiatives and maximizing resident retention.
- Works in partnership with the Maintenance Director to ensure the ongoing improvements of the community. Implement and oversee capital projects.
- Promotes the community’s unique selling proposition and key differentiators against competitive communities as a means of generating new business and resident retention.
- Conducts regular physical inspections of all areas of the property (interior and exterior) to maintain a high standard of safety and aesthetic appearance.
- Oversee the development and management of the annual budget, with a specific focus of delivering value to both residents and investors.
- Maintain a motivated and high – performing onsite team by providing the required leadership, training and guidance in an effort to minimize staff turnover.
The right individual must possess excellent organizational skills, strong computer and administrative skills, desire and ability to manage. Previous property management experience is required. Some evenings and weekend work required. High School Diploma or equivalent or relevant certifications required.
