Cintas Cintas is seeking a Regional Safety and Health Coordinator I. Responsibilities include visiting facilities and consulting with the location management team regarding HSE; conducting inspections of facilities to identify potential OSHA, EPA and DOT compliance issues; assessing facility implementation of Cintas Safety Manual requirements; monitoring completion of corrective action plans developed by the facility to address compliance or management practice issues; reviewing accident/incident investigations and OSHA recordkeeping practices; training location management team regarding HSE policies and procedures; contributing to the development or revision of OSHA, EPA or DOT compliance solutions (policies, procedures, controls, training, etc.) for implementation throughout the company; serving as a resource to location HSE Coordinators and Safety and Improvement Committees; and conducting annual HSE audit.
Required
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Health, Safety and Environmental studies, Engineering, Business, Industrial or Operations Management preferred
- 2+ years' Safety and Health experience in a manufacturing or service environment
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT regulation standards
- Ability to recognize compliance and risk issues and situations
- Advanced knowledge of management systems and practices related to occupational safety, health and environment
- Ability to recommend, develop and implement compliance strategies and plans
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Ability to travel 60% of the time, including overnight
- Valid driver's license
Preferre
- Professional safety certification, such as CSP
- Experience in the commercial laundry industry as a General Manager, Plant Manager, HR Manager, Service Manager or Maintenance manager

The base salary generally ranges between $82,472/Year - $101,016/Year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
