· Evaluate the company’s nursing services departments, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility through "Find and Fix".
· Monitors and participates in the continuous quality improvement process, as well as, the QAPI process for trends and compliance.
· Assists the facilities to meet quality goals, overall metrics, and standards set by the facilities and CMS through regular facility site visits.
· Provides constructive feedback to members of the health care team and clinical resource team.
