Team
- Empowers, challenges, and supports General Managers to lead their teams and grow their voice.
- Development Tree- Coaches and mentors General Managers and all Leaders in their region to support their goals and company initiatives. Helps others create the future they want.
- Clarifies expectations- commitment due date and measures.
- Shares best practices.
- Provides resources- support team experts and training.
- Maintains an open-mindset and role models open, honest, and effective communication.
- Manages the load on the restaurants and operators by assisting in prioritizing and cutting out unnecessary activity and roadblocks.
- Thank them for the work- Celebrate great performance and World Class Moments from operations.
Guests
- Partners with General Managers to develop strategies to build relationships within the community they serve.
- Assists in resolving guest complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
Company
- Brand Ambassador- Builds trusting relationship with stakeholders by giving feedback and achieving agreed upon metrics.
- Ensures an understanding of culture pieces are incorporated into strategic thinking and planning.
- Accountability- support the GMs performance thread and follow up on day-to-day operations and financial commitments.
- Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed in a timely basis.
- Wellness Department Leader- Is accountable for the adoption and execution of new services, initiatives, and projects within their area of Leadership. (EX: Safety, Training, Technology, Finance, Helping Hand, Beverage, Food, etc.,)
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years multi-unit full-service experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Budgeting, forecasting, sales experience
- Deep understanding of the 5 Levels of Leadership
- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
- Ability to maintain structure, results, and morale in a changing environment.
- Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
- Ability to talk and hear to conduct phone correspondence.
- Close vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documents.
- Ability to be on feet for up to eight (8) hours a day.
- Ability to work around loud noises and in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 55 – 60 per week
