Regional Manager, Radiation Therapist

Coordinates with staff and directs the daily activities of the Radiation Oncology departments on two campuses,

Ensures the accuracy of all technical services and efficiency of the overall operation,

Responsible for directing the administrative, technical and educational activities of the Radiation Therapy Departments,

Establishes and maintains standard of performance that govern all department techniques and procedures,

Directs the work activities and programs of departmental personnel,

Reports to the VP of Radiation Oncology for all department financial and administrative matters,

Collaborates closely with the Medical Directors and site oncology leaders and ensures local initiatives pertaining to Radiation Oncology are operationalized at the department level,

ARRT certified, NJDEP Licensed,

10+ years of Radiation Therapy experience of which at least 7 years in a supervisory position
