Regional Sales Manager - Aftermarket

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing our parts, service and rental sales volume while expanding the customer base through business execution plans, including targeting prospects and exceeding annual goals. The Regional Sales Manager will build long-lasting relationships with customers by exploring their needs and expectations, providing specific measurable goals, and achieving results within a customer's expected timeframe.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aftermarket products and services sold through ProLift Toyota Material Handling and independent channels in the designated sales region
• Maximize growth in ancillary products that ProLift offers such as Warehouse Products and Specialty Products Groups
• Coach and mentor regional Aftermarket Sales Consultants, Major Accounts Sales Consultants and Dual Role Sales Consultants
• Manage sales of Planned and Guaranteed Maintenance agreements in all categories
• Maintain excellent communications through phone, email, face to face, reporting and analysis
• Operate in a professional and courteous manner to exceed customer expectations both in presentation and communication
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy

Educational/Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree, five or more years of strong material handling industry and sales and territory management experience, strong Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel experience. This position will require 50% regional travel. The Regional Sales Manager communicates to associates, customers, and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
