We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and manage our operations across multiple locations. As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing employees, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring operational efficiency, and filling in for vacancies when needed within your designated region.
Responsibilities:
1. Hiring and Training: Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees across various locations. Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
2. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees on a daily and weekly basis. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to improve individual and team performance. Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
3. KPI Tracking: Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the success and efficiency of operations within your region. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to drive productivity and profitability.
4. Travel Between Locations: Regularly travel between locations within your region to oversee operations, conduct site visits, and provide support to on-site managers and employees.
5. Filling in for Vacancies: Assume operational responsibilities and duties in the absence of key personnel due to vacancies or other reasons. Ensure continuity of operations and maintain high standards of service delivery during these periods.
6. Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency within your region. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across all locations.
7. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between corporate headquarters and regional locations. Communicate company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a multi-location environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently between locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
