Regional Information Systems Security Manager
Key Role:
Lead a team of Information System Security Officers at multiple regional locations to perform identification and implementation of ways to harden enterprise-wide systems and reduce their attack surface across an Air Force network enclave. Identify new opportunities to use cybersecurity solutions to solve complex problems. Apply knowledge of Air Force Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and packages. Review RMF work completed by Information System Security Engineers and Information System Security Officers. Designate security controls and hardening on various operating systems in accordance with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience at the enterprise-level developing Risk Management products and working through system accreditations
• Experience performing responsibilities in each of the six steps of the RMF process
• Experience developing and leading the development of RMF Assessment Authorization (A&A) documentation and body of evidence artifacts to obtain RMF Authority to Operate (ATO)
• Experience with leading cybersecurity projects, providing senior subject matter expertise in a cyber domain, and assessing system compliance with security controls
• Experience with training other ISSMs and ISSOs
• Experience applying Department of Defense (DOD) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Air Force cybersecurity policies and requirements
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• CISSP, CISM, or DoD IAM Level III 8140 or 8570 Certification

Additional Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience at the enterprise-level developing Risk Management products and working through system accreditations
• Experience as an ISSE, ISSM, ISSO, or Security Controls Assessor
• Experience in leading a team of RMF workers in the positions of ISSE, ISSM, ISSO, or Security Controls Assessor
• Experience with eMASS roles, responsibilities, and workflows
• Experience with providing configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware
• Experience with Operational Technology and Industrial Control systems
• Bachelor's degree
• DoD IAM Level III 8140 or 8570 Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
