The selected candidate will function as the F-35 Classified Cyber Security Associate ISSM. This position will report to the Orlando, Florida F-35 Classified Cyber Security ISSM.
As the F-35 Cyber Security Associate Manager supporting Special Access Programs (SAPs) you will provide cybersecurity operations oversight and leadership for the F-35 Pilot Training Devices (PTD) program. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily on-site operations, Information System authorizations (e.g. ATOs, ATCs, etc.), and compliance enforcement of cybersecurity requirements. The candidate will ensure compliance through the implementation of mandatory Information System Security requirements on assigned Information Systems utilizing NISPOM, DoD 8500, NIST, ICD, CNSSI, JSIG, and other related DoD documents in support of operations and development. In the absence of the Classified Cyber Security Manager, the F-35 Classified Cyber Security Associate Manager will conduct ISSM duties.
The candidate will be expected to provide cybersecurity guidance and direction for interpreting the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) in determining technical Information Assurance (IA) requirements and ensure proper security implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) as well as contractually required obligations.
The candidate will be expected to participate in tasks that include, but are not limited to, establishing and maintaining System Security Plans (SSPs) , preparing documents to gain government approvals, enforcing sanitization procedures for hardware components, preparing for and supporting inspections, participating in enterprise initiatives, continuous monitoring, proposal estimates, and other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates should be knowledgeable of information technology security principles, various computer/network operating systems, and Microsoft suite of applications. This dynamic, fast-paced environment is embracing DevSecOps, Agile, and Digital Transformation (DX) to enable our strategic goals. This is a multi-tasking environment that demands customer service, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
