We are looking for a candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills for the position of Human Resources Manager to service multiple facilities across the state of New Mexico. Under the supervision of the VP of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading and directing routine functions of the department including employee relations including complaints/investigations; performance management including discipline and terminations, strategic retention planning including collecting and analyzing employee data to drive company initiatives; training and development of leadership at all levels of the organization. Travel is required.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to travel to multiple facilities across the state of New Mexico to conduct investigations, performance management, training and development, and employee surveys.
- Provide expert support and guidance to Payroll/HR Coordinators and Managers when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigating allegations and terminations.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Create and maintain records including case files.
- Analyzes trends to create strategic plans for workforce retention and engagement.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Human Resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Healthcare experience preferred.
