The Regional Head of US Regulatory Compliance, Conduct and Legal Audit is a senior leadership role based within the GCCL Internal Audit team, with functional reporting directly to the Global Head ofRegulatory Compliance, Conduct, and Legal (RCCL) Audit. The role holder will act as the Regional Head of our US RCCL internal audit team and will work in collaboration with other RCCL regional audit heads/GIA LoB/Functions heads and US GIA senior stakeholders to contribute to the design and execution of the global Annual Audit Plan (AAP) with respect to RCCL risks, as well as identifying and evaluating risks and significant issues to be communicated through to the Board and other senior stakeholders, whilst promoting an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand. A key aspect of this role is ongoing engagement with US Regulators and supporting delivery of RCCL strategy.
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $200,000 and $280,000.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
