Regional Float Rn Mds Coordinator

Clinical Consulting Services is seeking a RegionalFloating Clinical Care Coordinator to substitute, assist, and train MDS Coordinators of our client’s nursing homes in the area of Harrisburg, PA.

The primary purpose of the job position is to assist facilities’ and their MDS coordinators with the completion of residents’ assessments in accordance with the requirements of the state and the policies and goals of this facility.

Shift Available: Full Time, flexible schedule
Role requires driving to locations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify areas of concern and assist the facility to formulate effective action plans
• Visit facilities for intervention, audit, follow-up, and training based on individual facility needs
• This could be semi-remote work & traveling position if you have at least 5 years of MDS experience AND Pennsylvania Case-mix experience
• Review resident clinical records for appropriate and consistent documentation

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse RN of this state
• 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator with the Minimum Data Set ("MDS") process
