Allegiance Industries, a premier facility services provider located in Columbia, SC. Allegiance is growing and looking to expand our sales division. We are currently seeking highly energetic and results driven Sales Director’s to further grow our footprint across the US.
Allegiance Industries has three pillars of business, Janitorial, Security, and Electrical. Allegiance is a service provider of all three business units.
The Sales Director will be responsible for growth in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. Allegiance Industries has a premier inside sales team built with representatives focused on lead generation, prequalification, and prospect engagement. The sales director will team up with their assigned Inside Sales Representative to strategically hunt, prospect, and close business in their given markets.
Allegiance Industries is currently utilizing the Zoho CRM + Zoominfo Intent for premier engagement on prospects. A standard workflow will be for inside sales to engage prospects, set prequalification calls for the sales director, and then the Sales Director to establish a date for an on site visit, bid, and proposal. The sales director will be responsible for assembling the staffing model, wages, pricing, proposal, and handoff to the operations team once the deal is closed. Pricing on bids will be reviewed with the CRO to ensure accuracy.
This role is currently an individual contributor position with a goal of $3M in net new revenue per year. This goal is considered a very achievable due to the historical growth of Allegiance in various markets.
Responsibilities
- Build pipeline of prospects throughout assigned territory and provide inside sales with knowledge they may not have through the CRM system
- Attend all prequalification calls set by inside sales to ensure they are a business fit
- Set & attend all on site visits with clients
- Build necessary pricing, SOW’s, or other documents needed for an accurate proposal
- Build proposal utilizing templates within Proposify, filling in and customizing necessary sections
- Utilize CRM to log all sales emails, calls, and stages of prospects throughout the pipeline
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
- 7-10 years of Sales experience preferably in Facility Services
- Hands on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Interpersonal skills to include active listening, conflict management, team building and collaboration
- Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
- Goal oriented and motivated self-starter with the drive to reach and exceed sales quotas
